Nihon Buyo - Japanese Dance

If you've never seen any Nihon Buyo ????, or "Japanese Dance", NHK's program Japanology did a great episode introducing this traditional art, with in-studio demonstrations, history, footage of professional performers, and even how it's being used as a workout for average people.

At just under 30 minutes, it's best enjoyed when you have some spare time to watch the whole thing, but, like the History Channel, chances are it will suck you in one way or another anyway. ;)
