Dalam kesempatan ini kita akan mengupas tentang Domicile Letter."Referring to the Instruction of Governor DKI Jakarta No.203/1977 jo the Instruction of Governor DKI Jakarta No.135 of 1988 regarding the Implementation of Utilization of Resident House for Office or Business Activities, it is firmly stipulated that the resident premises can not be used for office or business activities. The Company�s office must be located in the business district area or business building purpose. However, there is exemption to use a residence premise for the office with the following activities e.g. doctor, lawyer, drugstore, boutique, artist with the maximum 5 employees as well as social and education activities with maximum 10 employees.
