Wikipedia(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human) tends to define human based on physical and biological views. Away from the definition, Human is a sensible body and different of animal (even, experts say that monkey, for instance, has intellectuality apart from what Darwin?s theory. Further, animals act based on their instinct, habitual actions performed regularly in hereditary manner ? not coming from their brain -  thinking logically based on his experience. Therefore, animal acts based on its instinct and human acts based on his thought.


This following list is the different between animal and human:

#Human:

Think (logical)

Brain, thought and thinking is the way human develop himself, interact to others and in a society, to compete and let other know who he is, his willing, his orientation and his mind-set.
To support the color of one?s thought, one needs the five senses ? eyes, ear, nose, feeling, tongue. All of them have its own way to colorize (concept of) his mind. Here I use the word ?concept? to emphasize that concept of mind is a process of regular activity done based on thinking, analysing and deciding. This makes it different of animal character.

Feeling (heart)

Feeling is not instinct. Feeling is not a ?feeling? in the five senses. Feeling is identical to respond something out of speaking and thinking. This is a sensitive part of human?s abstract aspect that can not be touched physically. Further, feeling also colorizes the color of one?s thinking, as a ?closing line? of thinking and speaking. Mind is a place to proceed everything comes inside to the five senses, speaking is the representator of mind.

Can make different of 2 or more things (human norm)

Human can make different between two different things. It?s the same as animal is, but different in what kinds of things that is. Thing ? here ? is human norm where human is restricted on his (or their) own norm. Norm evaluates the human activity based on the cooperation and agreement. Furthermore, Norm is to condemn two or more things.

Has talent, skill and potency

Human has talent brought since he was born. This talent is unique thing in human?s life. From this, human knows culture and civilization. Human skill is the development of talent. Therefore, he has potency, capacity or able to do something (skill).

Has a series of experience

Human has a series of experience. This follows him during his life. Experience can come from his own action or other. Both of them are saved in his memory and will be something useful (to be a judge) in the future. Experience can be a barometer of one?s life and skill.

Human characteristic

Human has unique characteristic to differ him from animal. This character tends to show that he is a human. When the character is similar to ? or identical to what animal does ? he then is claimed as human who has animal characteristic. However, he is always human and when the punishment is applied to him, the punishment must represent humanity and human rights.

#Animal:

Instinct

Animal has an instinct. With instinct, it knows how to proliferate, recognize friends and enemy, how to stay away from threat, to feed and to eat, to drink, to give birth, etc. Instinct is identical to something occurs based on its fundamental and regular habit. To support the instinct, animal then has sharp smell and sight or eyesight.

No feeling

Animal has no feeling to respond and to be a ?closing line? of his brain since his brain can not be used to think, to consider or to analyse something. Although animal has senses to give stimuli or to respond but it doesn?t support the brain.

Can make different of 2 or more things (animal instinct)

Like human has, animal also can make different of two or more things based on animal?s instinct not norm. Because animal has no norm to judge, to evaluate, to restrict, etc. It is to save animal?s life from other threat. For example, A cat will respond when human closes to the cat. Further, the cat?s memory will know if human closes to be a good friend or to be a wet blanket.

Has regular habit (acted based on animal?s memory).

Animal has regular habit in related to instinct and memory. This habit becomes distinguishing among other with the same species or different species.

Has no experience.

Animal has no experience. When animal knows that a thing, you or other is its threat, animal reads it from its memory. Animal has deep and sharp memory.

Animal characteristic

Animal characteristic in some cases looks like human characteristic. However, pointed to the explanation above, we can see that the characteristic is static. Characteristic development or improvement is not caused by animal talent or skill like what human has, it is caused by regular action saved in its memory. For example, cat can sleep soundly without sleeping on bed and covered by warm blanket. But in other case, a cat will sleep soundly when it sleeps on bed and covered by warm blanket. Other examples; if you always show your anger in front of the cat, the cat will memorize your action (changes). The more you do that, the more full its memory with your action. Traumatic also can occur to animal.

#Concept of the Differences

Human = think + analyse + feeling (based on experience, logical factor, skill, memory, characteristic) => decide and act => frequency of action influences how often he will do the same things to other things.
Animal = Instinct & memory = act (seen as regular habit or action) => Frequency of action is caused by instinct and memory.
